Emotionally charged events from our past can still be affecting us in the form of trapped emotional baggage. Releasing your Trapped Emotions can open the door to a more clear, authentic, and joyful you. Utilizing kinesiology (muscle testing) to communicate with the subconscious mind, I'm able to dive deep and locate these trapped emotions and release them for good. Negative emotional energies become trapped in the body during an emotionally charged event. These stuck energies are known as "trapped emotions" can sabotage both your emotional and physical well being. When your body isn't able to release these negative emotions, what happens is it gets stored into your tissues which later manifest into a disease, pain, and emotional issues.
